NOTE: This is a NOT an organized event by Random Events, but though Urban Sherp A Travel. However we will be there to greet you, ride up and hit the slopes. Once your off the bus, you are on your own, but I'll do my best to help you find someone to board with.

Join us as we take a 2 ½ hour drive (included) to Windham Mountain. There are two pickups in the city and different packages available. These are some great deals!

This is a ONE day trip. So for you beginners, and busy advanced skiers and boarders it’s the perfect getaway.

Level: 1st timers to advanced
What to wear: Skiing or Snowboarding gear, including Pants, Jacket, gloves, goggles (optional), butt pad (optional but recommended), thick socks.
What to bring: Lunch or buy lodge cafe, snacks, camera, extra change of clothes for the return trip. (You can only bring a small bag on the bus, so don’t bring you momma’s big suitcase)

Sat is going to be a great day for boarding or skiing. It is going to be clear and "warm" (30 degrees). Below are some details that you will need to know for the trip. Feel free to call me if you have any questions or you are running late (I know you won't be late though): [masked]

1. If you have not signed up yet, there are 38 seats available - PURCHASE HERE

2. Please meet us at the Union Square pickup spot 4th ave & 14th street in front of Walgreens . This way we can get on our own bus and you will be able to meet other event seekers. Note: For those that can't make it to Union Square, you can still get on the bus at 42nd street, but only people from the urban company will be there.

3. Get there by 5:30am, so we can make sure we leave at 6am. (Yawn, yup.. it's early)

4. Upon arrival, look for myself (Will) or Cecilla, we will be wearing Random Event necklaces. We will give you a name tag and indicate if you're a Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced rider, so that we can group you together so you can make friends to fall down the mountain with ;)

5. There will also be representatives from UrbansherpaTravel, that you will need to check in with to get your lift tickets and any other packages you purchased.

6. When we get off the bus, you are free to do what you want.

7. At 12:30pm for those that would like to have lunch with the group, I will setup a meetup point in the cafe.

8. 4:30pm we load up and head home. If you have rentals, make sure to return them around 4.

You may want to bring a morning breakfast bar, banana, etc. so your not hungry when you get the mountain (they have breakfast if you want, but it's a bit $$'s). You may also want to bring a little something to drink and eat on for the ride home.
