Hi Jennster.I"m very sick ,flu..... .I went to run last sunday 13 miles in the central park [ my half marathon} monday i did 5 miles ,and tuesday i did 6 miles .know i very sick.but I'M so happy i did nyrr half marathon series .i did in two .10 minutes miles .I will see you next week .by namaste
